Many thanks to Jen at WorldwideWatercooler for her re-post of the list from Vancouver Magazine of 101 (Vancouver-centric) Things to Taste Before You Die. I had seen it in print, but having it online lets me also try (as she did) to note what I’ve had and what I have to still live for, at least gastronomically. I think I’ll follow her lead on coding:
Bold — Things I have tried from those particular suppliers
Struck-out — Foods I’ve had, though not from the supplier they recommend
Italicized — Foods that have been on my radar for a while, but I haven’t tried yet
Left plain — Foods I had no idea were so high on the “must-try” list

Huh. I eat out a lot but I haven’t even heard of half those things. I guess I’ll bookmark this list and use it as a to-do list.
Ah, but you have had Momo dumplings. In fact, I first had them because you and Matt suggested Café Kathmandu.
Any Vancouver foodie list that doesn’t include soloing Vera’s (Kits only?) Unicorn sundae just doesn’t feel complete to me.
