I just wanted to let you know that was a wonderful letter, it completely summarizes how I feel in a much more eloquent way that I could put it (all except the Vancouver bits, since I live in Edmonton) I wish I had known about this at the time and participated in protests. I only realized the CBC was killing its programs a few weeks ago, I haven't been listening as much as usual, so I didn't get too many clues. (There was an allusion on Disc Drive earlier this summer, but I convinced myself I was misinterpreting...) I envy your preparation with the iPod and the wireless radio, I've had to go cold turkey, and it's been a really rough ride. Let us know how that's going. Best wishes, Ioana Hi David,
